There is no definite time, Professional Rug/Carpet Cleaning may take around 30 minutes for a room after setting up equipment. Keep in mind that it may take longer if your carpets are stained or if there are light furniture to be moved around the cleaning process.

For most services, no call-out fee applies. A minimum call-out fee may only apply in two cases:

• Jobs under a minimum quote value
• Locations outside our standard service areas

For locations beyond our service areas, we often waive this fee entirely depending on the value of work booked and the travel distance.

If a call-out fee does apply, we keep it small, fair, and reasonable.
